曹蔚03


曹蔚浙江大学神经生物学博士、博士后,现为杭州师范大学基础医学院/脑科学研究所副教授,博士生导师。曾入选中国科协“青年人才托举工程”和中国博士后“博新计划”,曾获批国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目。现任杭州师范大学婴幼儿发展与托育研究中心副主任,兼任浙江省神经科学学会女科技工作者专业委员会秘书、孤独症专业委员会副秘书长及教育神经科学专业委员会委员。

长期从事婴幼儿脑发育与认知障碍的神经机制与早期干预研究。主要研究发现:1)NL3突变孤独症模型小鼠内侧前额叶PV阳性中间神经元发放异常,进而引起γ振荡异常,并最终导致社交趋新缺陷(Neuron,2018);2)NL3突变小鼠内侧前额叶存在NMDA受体功能低下及由此导致的PV阳性中间神经元功能障碍,成年或青春期给予NMDA受体激动剂D-环丝氨酸可挽救NL3突变小鼠的社交趋新缺陷(Cell Reports,2022);3)NL3突变通过损害内侧前额叶NMDA受体功能依赖的突触可塑性,进而阻碍了社交印迹细胞的形成,最终导致小鼠社交记忆受损(Communications Biology,2025);4)内侧前额叶CCK信号上调是NL3突变小鼠应激诱导的焦虑易感性增加的关键神经机制(Molecular Autism,2026)。
